CARE WORKERS
A Wide Range of Opportunities
Care Workers are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers. This will be in
a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to
travel to the customers own home and assist them with daily tasks. This will be agreed by Gemini
Exclusive Care, client and client family when putting a care plan in place.
The type of support that you can expect to be providing is no different to what would reasonably be
given by a member of the person's family.

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health and autism, to live the best life
possible. In this caring and creative role, everything you do will enable people to have choices about
their own lives, creating flexible services that meet people's needs and always looking for the best
way of enhancing independence of our service users.

The purpose of your role is to give the highest possible standards of support to individuals with slight
to moderate disabilities, in all aspects of their daily lives.
