One-to-one, personalised support, 24 hours a day, to meet all
individual needs in their own home; promoting independence and enabling them to remain in their local community for longer. The companionship of live in carer helps prevent isolation and loneliness whilst helping individuals keeping safe in their own homes, whilst promoting

REHABILITATION
Professional. Reliable. Qualified and experienced staff.
Promotion of safe hospital discharge; primary focus upon leaving hospital will be on rehabilitation and the road to
recovery. Our carers will work with individuals throughout the
rehabilitation process to ensure they are supported while they
focus on reaching their baseline and minimise hospital re-
admission unnecessarily. As individuals regain more of their
independence, our carers will work with them to help them
reclaim self-sufficiency while still providing care and support
